Return & Refund Policy

At Pavone, every piece is crafted with intention, and we want you to feel fully aligned with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within Lebanon and the UAE.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

For eligible local returns, requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received
  • Include all original tags attached
  • Include original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return request, please email us at hello@wearepavone.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by Pavone in writing.

Please do not ship any item before receiving confirmation from our team.

3. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Contact us immediately at hello@wearepavone.com if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Our team will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • International orders, except approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item cases
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for eligible Lebanon and UAE orders.

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  • Submit a return request for your original item
  • Once approved, place a new order for your preferred item

This helps ensure availability and faster processing.

6. Refunds

Once your approved return is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you regarding refund approval.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@wearepavone.com.

7. Packaging Requirements for Approved Returns

For approved returns, all packaging and included accessories must be returned in original condition.

For customers in Lebanon and the UAE who received the Pavone luxury gift box:

  • The gift box must also be returned in original condition

Returns missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
