Pavone Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full to your original payment method.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide.

Certain countries may be restricted due to customs regulations, courier limitations, or delivery constraints. If your destination is affected, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Lebanon & UAE

  • Standard Delivery: Free — 1–3 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in selected areas and subject to courier availability

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: Calculated at checkout
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–8 business days, destination dependent
  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Automatically applied when ordering 3 or more items

The asterisk (*) displayed across our website refers to:

  • Free shipping in Lebanon & UAE
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders of 2 or more items

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances outside Pavone’s control.

5. Gift Box Availability

Our signature Pavone luxury gifting box is currently delivered only within Lebanon and the UAE.

For all international orders, you will receive our ultra-premium Pavone Travel Bag instead, a durable, elegant, and reusable alternative designed for global shipments.

If you specifically require the gift box for an international delivery, please contact us at hello@wearepavone.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking data typically activates within 24 hours.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import duties, taxes, or import-related fees.

These charges are not included in Pavone’s pricing and are determined by local authorities.

Orders refused due to customs charges are not eligible for free reshipment or refund of shipping costs.

8. Damages During Transit

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for transportation transfers to the courier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact the courier directly to initiate a claim
  • Notify us at hello@wearepavone.com and we will do our best to assist

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to receive the shipment, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

10. International Shipping Policy

We ship globally, though delivery times may vary depending on customs inspections, local courier delays, or postal limitations. Additional documentation may be required depending on your country’s regulations.
